¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 21.11.2021 registered as Case Crime No.1147 of 2021, under sections 498-A, 304-B, 201 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Chakeri, District Purvi (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar).

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
