Since, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25.04.2022, the age determination of the appellant-Pinku Singh Rajput was conducted and on the date of incident i.e. on 25/26.10.2013, he was found to be 17 years, 3 months and 1 day and was declared juvenile. Taking into account the report of the Juvenile Justice Board, which remain unchallenged till date that he is minor, let this appeal be disassociated with the bunch of other connected appeals and the matter may be remitted to the court concern to decide the fate and future of proceedings on behalf of Pinku Singh Rajput. The court concern is directed to consider the matter and decide the same within next six months strictly in accordance with relevant laws in this regard.
