¶2Sri Raghuvansh Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State are present. Sri Brij Lal Shukla, learned counsel for the first informant is not present even when the matter is taken in the revised list.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has no instructions in the matter on behalf of the applicant.

¶4The applicant was granted bail for a period of three months vide order dated

07.09.2020 after which he did not appear before the concerned court. The orders were passed for taking coercive action against him by this Court and even order was passed issuing non-bailable warrant by the trial court.

¶5As per the office report dated 11.12.2023 a report has been received from the concerned District & Sessions Judge stating therein that the applicant has been arrested and is in jail.

¶6Since learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has no instructions in the matter, the bail application is dismissed for non prosecution.

¶7Learned counsel for the applicant submits that even Sri Ram Jee Saxena for whom he is holding brief has no instructions.
