¶1This Court vide its order dated 03.08.2023 has referred to the limited controversy remaining in the writ petition, and in case, the Principal furnishes the requisite code of the institution to the petitioner, she shall be able to get the requisite certificate. However, subsequently the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution and though, subsequently recalled. On the last occasion, this Court had directed that the case be listed among the top ten cases. However, the petitioner is not present today.
