¶1List has been revised.

¶2Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner whereas Sri Ravindra Prasad Singh, learned Standing counsel is present on behalf of the State.

¶3The present petition has been filed inter alia with the prayer to direct the Civil Judge Junior Division, Bhadohi Gaynpur to decide the Case No. 180 of 2022 (Prakash Chandra Vs. Manoj Kumar Dubey) expeditiously. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondent no. 2 not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the shop in question.

¶4The present petition was duly entertained by this Court and on

22.3.2022, the interim protection was granted.

¶5Pursuant to the aforesaid order, a report dated 18.4.2022 was also submitted by the Presiding Officer. It was stated in the said report that the next date fixed in the matter was 20.4.2022.

¶6In view of the above, nobody is present to press this petition, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
