¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the stand taken by the respondents in paragraph nos.13 and 16 of their counter affidavit, he wants to withdraw the instant petition and would be filing a fresh writ petition challenging the compensation amount determined by the respondents, without prejudice to his right to withdraw the amount already determined.

¶2Accordingly the prayer made is allowed.
