¶1Heard learned counsel for the revisionists.

¶2This application has been filed by the revisionists with the prayer to dismiss the present revision as withdrawn.

¶3The aforesaid withdrawal application is also supported by an affidavit. It is stated in paragraph-2 of the affidavit that present revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated

12.02.2016 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 16, Deoria in Misc. Case No. 1 of 2016 (Ram Samujh vs. B.N. Public School) as well as consequential order dated 12.02.2016 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No. 16, Deoria in Execution Case No. 18 of 2015 (B.N. Public School vs. Ram Samujh). It is further stated in paragraph-3 of the affidavit that revisionists do not want to press the present revision and is willing to contest the case on merit before the court below.

¶4This prayer has not been opposed by the counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶5Prayer is allowed.
