¶2Notice was issued to the informant vide order dated 23.02.2023. As per office report dated 15.03.2023 notice has been served personally on the informant. Despite service of notice on the informant no one appears on his/her behalf.

¶3Today despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application.

¶4The incident is of the year 2015. It is more than seven years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter.
