¶1The appellant/applicant has shown sufficient cause for the delay in filing the recall application in paragraph nos.4 to 7 of affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application.

¶2The delay in filing the recall application is condoned.

¶3The delay condonation application is allowed. Order on Civil Misc. Recall/Restoration Application No. 2 of 2023 in FAFO No.847 of 1996

¶1The present recall/restoration application has been filed to recall the order dated 07.02.2023 passed by this Court.

¶2I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the recall/restoration application and I find that non appearance of the appellant/applicant's counsel was bona-fide and genuine, thus, the restoration application is allowed.
