¶1None appears on behalf of the applicants as well as opposite party no.2. Sri Brijesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.

¶2On 23.11.2023, this Court passed the following orders:- "1. The matter has been marked for stay extension by learned counsel for the applicants, however, none is present before this Court to press the instant application.

¶2On 11.09.2013, notice was issued to opposite party no.2 and interim protection was granted to the applicants herein.

¶3As per the office report dated 09.02.2023, notice was duly served on opposite party no.2 through his father, however, no appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2 till date.

¶4Put up this matter peremptorily on 14.12.2023.

¶5It is made clear that stay order granted earlier is not extended."
