¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.02.2023 in Case Crime No. 0046 of 2023, under Sections 147, 327, 23, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Jhansi.

¶4In such circumstances, present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
