¶1Sri Brahma Nand Tripathi, Sri Amit Kumar and Sri Raghavendra Pati Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners are not present.

¶2It appears that the order dated 12.4.2023 has not been complied with.

¶3This writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with cost of Rs.1000/- to be deposited in cash by counsel for the petitioner in the office of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad.

¶4Interim order if any, stands vacated.
