¶1Heard Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India, Mr. Kamal Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "I-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 02.08.2017 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) passed by respondent no.2 in O.A. No. 860 of 2017 (Smt. Babita Vs. UOI and others). II-Any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and the circumstances of the case. C.To award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
