¶1Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India, Mr. Manish Kumar Yadav and Lal Mani Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "i. To issue a writ of certiorari by way of quashing the impugned order dated 24.11.2016 pass in Original Application No. 330/01713 of 2014 (Babu Ram Vs. Union of India & Others) by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad (Annexure No.1). ii. To pass any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. iii. To issue a writ of mandamus calling the entire records. iv. To award the cost of the instant petition."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
