¶2Shri Ram Prakash Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for the State are present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 25.02.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 0025 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 376, 511 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, 1961, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Saharanpur.

¶4Vide order dated 12.04.2022, matter was referred to Mediation Center and as per mediation report dated 25.11.2022, mediation is completed and no agreement was reached.

¶5Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
