¶1Heard Mr. Rajesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the quashing the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by respondent no. 3 in Original Application no. 330/464 of 2011 by which the petitioners are directed to sanctioned the family pension in favour of contesting respondents from the death of her husband Late Shri Laxman prasad according to receipt of a certified copy of this order (annexed as Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition.

ii) issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case.

iii) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioners."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
