¶1Shri Ashish Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed a withdrawal application supported by affidavit of petitioner's company stating that the petitioner's company is no more interested in prosecuting the writ petition. He has also mentioned that the petitioner has already withdrawn the earnest money.

¶2Having regard to the prayer made in the withdrawal application, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
