¶4This is third bail application.

¶5The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 7.11.2017 passed in Crl.Misc. Bail Application No.30219 of 2017 (Narendra @ Goli vs. State of UP) by Hon'ble Vinod Kumar Misra, J. as he was then. The second bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.1.2021 passed in Crl.Misc. Bail Application No.8536 of 2019 (Narendra @ Goli vs. State of UP).
