¶2The records show that on 24.05.2023 the matter was directed to be listed in the additional cause list. Today despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application.

¶3It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter.
