¶1None appeared either on behalf of the applicant or the informant even in revised call, however, Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State is present.

¶2Learned AGA-I for the State apprised the Court that instant bail application was filed by the applicant under Sections 452, 354, 323, 326-A, 307 IPC but after the death of the injured, case was converted under Section 302 IPC and after that, applicant filed a separate bail application before this Court vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 52354 of 2022 and therefore, the instant bail application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
