¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the State is present. Sri Radhey Shyam Yadav, learned counsel for the first informant is also not present.

¶2The records show that previously on 18.05.2023 the matter was got adjourned by learned counsel for the applicant and even earlier to the same there was no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application. Today again, despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant or from the side of the first informant to press this bail application.

¶3It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter.
