¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 16.05.2022, registered in Case Crime No.0320 of 2022, under Sections 420, 120B I.P.C., P.S. Massorie, District Ghaziabad and not arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR.

¶4Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
