¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report dated 11.4.2023, registered at Case Crime No.151 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 313, 316, 342, 506 IPC & 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Budaun, and further not to arrest the petitioners in the impugned FIR.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
