Shri Vijay Pratap Yadav, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 & 6 made a mention at 10.00 a.m. for taking up the case. When the case is taken up, no one appears for the petitioners to press this writ petition. Shri Yadav submits that he has informed Shri Bipin Lal Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners, in writing, with regard to the taking up of the case, but he refused to accept the notice. He further submits that he has also sent the aforesaid information to the counsel for the petitioners through Whats App message, which was delivered and seen by the counsel. It appears that the petitioners do not want to pursue the case. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
