¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. despite the fact that there are three learned counsels on behalf of the applicant. Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State is present.

¶2The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the order dated 23.1.2001 passed by A.C.J.M., Kanpur Nagar rejecting the application of the applicant u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. and further to stay the operation of the impugned order dated 23.1.2001 during the pendency of application before this Hon'ble Court and further respondent no.2 and 3 may be directed to register the FIR against respondent no.4 under Section 420, 406, 120-B, 457, 380, 342 IPC, at the police station and investigation may be done in accordance with law.

¶3The trial court records have been received in compliance of the order dated 4.7.2002 of this Court.

¶4Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution.

¶5Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

¶6Office to communicate this order to trial court concerned within two weeks from today.
