¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State is present.

¶2The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Shahzad Ali with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 04.05.2002 passed by learned 1st Special Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad and further to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 50/2002 Jaipal Vs. Shahzad Ali, pending in the court of learned 1st Special Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad and with a further prayer to stay the operation of the impugned said order dated 04.05.2002 as well as the further proceedings of the aforesaid case, during the pendency of the present application.

¶3The records show that the matter was dismissed in default and the interim order was discharged on 17.12.2018. Subsequently the matters appears to have been restored on 03.12.2021 and the notice was issued to the applicant to engage another counsel as previous counsel was designated as Senior Advocate.

¶4As per office report dated 07.03.2022 notice has been served to the applicant personally. Today despite the matter being taken up in the revised list and notice being served on the applicant neither the applicant is present in person nor there is any representation on his behalf.

¶5Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution.

¶6Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
