¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report dated 20.4.2023, registered at Crime No.163 of 2023, under Sections 193, 195, 506, 120-B IPC & 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Mahoba, and further not to arrest the petitioner in the impugned FIR.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
