¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 11.05.2022, registered in Case Crime No.390 of 2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 427 I.P.C. and Section 5 (1) of the U.P. Education Institutes (Prevention of Dissipation of Assets) Act, 1974, P.S. Baraut, District Baghpat and not arrest the petitioner pursuant to the said FIR.

¶4Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
