¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent is present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed seeking direction toe the Superintendent of Police, Rampur to direct the respondent no.3 i.e. Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation of Case Crime No.189 of 2022, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(da) & 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Civil Lines, District Rampur.

¶4In such circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
