¶2Shri Pankaj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the informant and Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent are present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report dated 31.3.2023, registered at Crime No.0062 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Jatahan Bazar, District Kushinagar, and further not to arrest the petitioner in the impugned FIR.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
