¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report dated 9.2.2023, registered at Case Crime No.42 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Barhaj, District Deoria, and further not to arrest the petitioner in the impugned FIR.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
