¶1Supplementary affidavit dated 18.08.2023 which is marked as Paper No.6/20223 has been filed. It is stated in paragraph 6 of the affidavit that both the parties have submitted compromise application before the District Judge, Chandouli dated 27.04.2023 and 19.04.2023 stating therein that they have settled their dispute out side the Court and Execution proceedings be dropped on the basis of the aforesaid compromise, copy of the application dated

27.04.2023 is appended as Annexure No.S.A. 1 to the affidavit. The aforesaid compromise has been placed before the National Lok Adalat and the District Judge Chandouli passed the necessary order on 27.04.2023.

¶2It is argued that in view of the aforesaid, the present S.C.C. Revision has now become infructuous.
