¶1None appeared on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition, even in the revised call.

¶2Shri Arun Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent are present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report dated 22.4.2023, registered at Crime No.0190 of 2023, under Sections 420, 409, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Cantt., District Varanasi, and further not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid FIR.

¶4In such circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
