However, learned A.G.A. for the State is present. The present criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 31.01.2023 passed by Special Judge EC Act/Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Special Case No. 25 of 2010, by which the trial court convicted the appellant under Section 135 of Electricity Act and directed to deposit Rs.40,000/-, in default of payment of Rs. 40,000/- six months simple imprisonment. The present criminal appeal was fixed on 10.08.2023, 19.09.2023 and 30.10.2023. On 17.07.2023 this appeal was fixed for admission and the further date 10.08.2023 was fixed on the request of learned counsel for the appellant. On 10.08.2023, 19.09.2023 and 30.10.2023 also none was present for the appellant even in the revised call.
