¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri Virendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

¶2Notice was issued to the first informant/opposite party nos.2 and 3 vide order dated 29.05.2023. As per office report dated

08.08.2023, a report dated 03.07.2023 of the CJM concerned has been received stating therein that notice has been served personally on the first informant/opposite party no.2 and the notice on the opposite party no.3 has been served through the office of CWC.

¶3Despite the service of notice on behalf of the opposite party nos.2 and 3 no one is present on their behalf even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list.

¶4Previously on 05.07.2023 there was no representation on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Today again despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application.

¶5It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter.
