¶1As the matter is pending since 2022 and till date State has not filed any counter affidavit in the matter.

¶2Three weeks and no more time is accorded to the Superintendent of Police, Chandauli to file response in the matter. One week thereafter will be for the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit.
