¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 1.6.2022, registered as Case Crime No.115 of 2022, under Section 2/3 of Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act, Police Station Chhapar, District Muzaffar Nagar.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
