¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 16.6.2022, registered as Case Crime No.0102 of 2022, under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Kyedganj, District Prayagraj.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
