¶1Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India, Mr. Santosh Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "i. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 17.02.2021 passed in Original Application No. 330/01359 of 2019 (Smt. Bhagyawati Srivastava Vs. Union of India and Others) by Learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad (Annexure No.1) to this writ petition. ii. pass any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. iii award the cost of the petition to the petitioners."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
