Judgment

Court No. - 69 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 36784 of 2022 Applicant :- Deepu Urf Deepak Opposite Party :- State of U.P. Counsel for Applicant :- Rabindra Bahadur Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Samit Gopal,J.

¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State is present.

¶2This is second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed in non prosecution by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2022 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 49052 of 2021 (Deepu @ Deepak Vs. State of U.P.).

¶3The records show that even previously on 21.07.2023, there was no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application. On the said date, learned counsel for the State had submitted that his file had not come from the office. Today he states that his file is in the Court. Today again, despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application.

¶4Since there is no one appears on behalf of the applicant, it appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter.

¶5In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Order Date :- 30.10.2023 M. ARIF (Samit Gopal, J.) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
