¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned undated notice issued by learned Additional Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Agra in Case No.150 of 2023 titled State v. Kali Charan @ Kaluwa, under section 3 of Uttar Pradesh Goonda Control Act, 1970, P.S. New Agra, District Agra.

¶4In such circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
