The present transfer application has been filed to set-aside the order dated 04.04.2023 passed in Transfer Application No. 146 of 2023, by which the transfer application has been rejected which was filed to transfer the complaint case No. 4525 of 2021, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, pending in the Court of Special Judge/N.I. Act to another Court of same District. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is accused in the above noted case. It is further submitted that the opposite party no. 2 is the brother-in-law of the son of the applicant. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the present transfer application has no merit and deserves to be dismissed. The present transfer application is dismissed accordingly.
