¶1The matter has been taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the applicants to press this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. despite the fact that there are four learned counsels on behalf of the applicants. Sri A.B.L. Gaur, learned Senior Advocate appears for the opposite party no.2. Sri B.B. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the State is also present.

¶2The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated

22.6.2002 filed in Case Crime No.314 of 2001, P.S. Khair, District Aligarh pending before A.C.J.M. IIIrd, Aligarh and further to stay the further proceedings in pursuance of the aforesaid charge sheet during the pendency of this application before this Hon'ble Court.

¶3Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicants, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
