¶2However, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Pankaj Bharti, learned counsel for the informant are present.

¶3Shri Pankaj Bharti, learned counsel for the informant apprise the Court that in the instant matter applicant has already been convicted by the trial court. From the office report dated 04.12.2023, it also reflects that the trial of the case has already been concluded on 18.12.2021 and therefore, the instant bail application has become infructuous.
