¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 9.7.2021, registered at Case Crime No.365 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Shivpur, District Varanasi.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
