¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.6.2020, registered at Case Crime No.326 of 2020, under Section 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kotwali Mau, District Mau.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
