¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 03.03.2023 in Case Crime No. 0076 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station Chaubepur, District Varanasi.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
