¶1List revised. None is present on behalf of the applicant, however, learned AGA is present.

¶2This Court, vide order dated 13.7.2023, has sent the matter before the Mediation Centre and directed the applicant to deposit Rs. 25,000/- for the initiation of the mediation process. As per report received from the Mediation Centre, till date, the applicant has not deposited the said amount in pursuance of the order dated

13.7.2023. While passing the order dated 13.7.2023, this Court has already made observation that the amount which has been directed to be deposited, in case, is not deposited within the period specified in the order, the protection granted by this Court shall automatically come to an end and court below will be at liberty to proceed against the applicant in accordance with law. It appears that the applicant is no longer inclined to pursue instant matter, after having obtained an interim order in his favour.
