¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.4.2022, registered at Case Crime No.0389 of 2022, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters Act, Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
