¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

¶2This is second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh-I, J. (as he was then) vide order dated 05.10.2020 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 9020 of 2020 (Shekhar Singh Kachhwah Vs. State of U.P.).

¶3The records show that previously on 16.10.2023 the matter was adjourned on behalf of learned counsel for the applicant. Today despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application.

¶4The incident is of the year 2018. It is more than five years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter.
